Corporate Associate, Capital Markets & Emerging Companies — Palo Alto

Join a collaborative corporate practice advising innovative life sciences and technology companies across the full corporate lifecycle. You will work directly with clients on their journey from formation and early-stage financing through the IPO process and life as a public company.

The role offers deep and broad experience supporting companies that are bringing world-changing products and technologies to market, with meaningful client contact and responsibility.

This position is based in Palo Alto with a hybrid work schedule.

• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience
• Background or strong interest in the life sciences and technology sectors
• Experience advising companies through the start-up and venture capital phases, IPOs and equity capital markets, and public company reporting
