Corporate Associate — Energy & Climate, San Francisco

Leading corporate team seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy Energy & Climate practice in San Francisco. The group represents emerging and growth companies, corporate venture programs, impact investors and institutional backers active in decarbonization, sustainability, and related technologies.

The role will handle venture capital, private equity, M&A and public-company transactions across the clean energy and climate-tech sectors. The team is growing and looks for lawyers who can work directly on deals, support client relationships, and collaborate across transactional and investor-focused matters.

• 4–6 years of law firm experience in venture capital, private equity, M&A and/or capital markets work
• Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Active member of the California State Bar
• Superior academic credentials
