An established law firm is seeking a finance associate to join its Corporate practice group. The role is open across multiple offices and offers a collaborative, growing environment with a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will work on corporate finance matters, including loan originations and real estate financings, and will represent financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers in finance transactions.

The firm maintains a flexible work policy, expecting attorneys to be in the office three days per week to foster collaboration, relationship-building, and client service while supporting work-life balance.

Three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers in finance transactions.
Experience with loan originations and real estate financings.
Experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents.
Experience advising on covenant compliance.
Experience leading due diligence teams and managing specialists.
Excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
