Corporate Associate (M&A)  Birmingham

We are looking for an accomplished corporate associate who is keen to develop commercially focused technical skills and build long-term client relationships within a collaborative team environment.

• 3-5 years PQE in corporate/M&A or related transactional work
• Proven track record on M&A, private equity or equity capital markets matters
• Strong academics and demonstrable technical drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach; international or cross-border experience preferred
