Corporate Associate — San Francisco (1-2 years)

Growing corporate team in the San Francisco office seeks an associate with 1–2 years of general corporate experience. The role focuses on representing high-growth and venture-backed companies across financings, mergers & acquisitions and other transactional matters.

• 1–2 years of corporate/transactional experience (PQE)
