Top-tier national corporate team is seeking a transactional associate to join its Seattle office. The role focuses on M&A and venture/early-stage financings, supporting deal execution across buy- and sell-side matters and growth capital transactions.

Day-to-day work includes drafting transaction documents and memos, conducti ng legal research, managing portions of complex transactions from diligence through closing, and participating in client calls and negotiations. The office operates on a hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in Washington state
2–4 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A and/or venture capital/financings)
Prior big‑law or equivalent transactional experience preferred
Strong legal research, drafting, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively
