Mid-Level Corporate Associate — Los Angeles

An Am Law 50 firm is seeking a corporate associate with 4–6 years of transactional experience to join its corporate and securities group in its Downtown Los Angeles office. The role sits within a busy M&A practice that spans a wide range of industries, working with clients from private and public companies and emerging businesses to international corporations.

The firm emphasizes early and frequent client contact, with associates working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated, national-level matters. The team advises across industries including aerospace and defense, consumer products, electronics, entertainment, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail and technology. This is a partnership-track position offering strong growth opportunities in a collegial office environment.

The ideal candidate has focused primarily on M&A transactions and brings significant hands-on deal-execution experience from a firm with a national reputation. Applicants should be comfortable drafting substantive transactional documents, running a deal team, and executing deals from start to finish, and must be able to take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
