Corporate Associate – M&A/Private Equity (Los Angeles)

We are seeking mid-level and senior corporate associates to join a market-leading M&A and Private Equity practice in Los Angeles. The group advises corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other complex transactions, alongside ongoing general corporate work.

Associates in this role take on substantial responsibility early, with significant direct client contact and a high degree of autonomy in managing matters. The position suits entrepreneurial, deal-driven lawyers who are eager to build client relationships and develop business.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters within a collaborative team while developing a strong personal practice platform.

• Law school class years 2021 or later (or equivalent experience)
• Significant hands-on experience running M&A transactions
• Strong grasp of corporate law and current market terms
• Substantial experience drafting transaction documents
• Proven deal management and project coordination skills
• Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development
• Ability to work autonomously and assume a high level of responsibility
