A top-tier corporate practice is seeking experienced associates to join its national corporate team. The role offers early responsibility and the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A and capital markets.

Associates work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries, supervising due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents, and managing and facilitating closings. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a desire for teamwork and significant responsibility.

Candidates may be based in New York, Chicago, Palo Alto or San Francisco.

5+ years of relevant corporate transaction experience
Experience supervising due diligence and drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary documents
Experience managing and facilitating closing transactions
Strong analytical skills and a self-starting, team-oriented approach
