Corporate Associate — M&A & Private Equity

Leading national corporate practice is seeking a mid‑level Corporate Associate for transaction work across M&A, private equity and capital markets. The role offers early responsibility on complex deals and exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.

Successful candidates will work closely with senior lawyers on deal execution, including supervising due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition and ancillary transaction documents, and managing closings. The position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices.

• 4–6 years' corporate transactional experience (private equity, M&A, and/or capital markets)
• Proven experience supervising due diligence and managing closings
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
• Self‑starter with strong analytical ability and a collaborative approach
