Corporate Associate — M&A, San Diego

Leading international law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate to join its San Diego office focusing on public and private M&A and related corporate transactions. The role offers exposure to a broad client base across industries and the opportunity to work on complex acquisition and venture-related matters.

The position includes a competitive compensation package and standard employee benefits. Expected salary range: $310,000–$390,000 (final offer dependent on experience and location).
