An opportunity has arisen to join a Corporate M&A team in Luxembourg, supporting domestic and cross-border transactions for a diverse client base including asset managers, investment firms, private equity sponsors, alternative investment funds, financial institutions and industrial companies.

The role offers exposure to leading international clients and complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, working closely with colleagues across a global network. You will provide high-quality legal support across the full corporate lifecycle, including corporate governance, private and public M&A, joint ventures, group restructurings and management incentive plans.

You will assist with the execution and management of transactions, coordinating with clients, external advisers, local counsel and colleagues across jurisdictions, and contribute to client service across sectors such as private capital, real estate, financial services and technology.

Qualified Luxembourg lawyer (CCDL) with ideally 1 to 3 years' Corporate M&A experience gained in a Luxembourg law firm; candidates admitted or eligible for admission to a European bar with up to 3 years' experience will also be considered
Strong academic background in law; an LL.M. or other postgraduate qualification would be an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in French or German is strongly preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced transactional environment

Commercially minded, with sound judgement and strong attention to detail
An innovative mindset and an interest in AI and emerging technologies
