Seeking a corporate associate to join a large, U.S.-focused corporate practice handling the full range of transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures and licensing. The role offers frequent responsibility for deal structure, negotiation and drafting of transactional documents across both private and public company matters.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree and admission or eligibility to be admitted to the California bar.
Experience in corporate transactional work, preferably M&A, private company sales, investments or joint ventures.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase agreements, investment documents and ancillary transactional agreements.
Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively on deal teams, and communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
