An established national law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its Corporate practice group, with the flexibility to be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices. The successful candidate will advise public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions on a full range of corporate matters.

This role focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial work, including leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

The firm maintains a collaborative, client-focused environment and supports attorney flexibility, with an in-office work policy of three days per week.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $180,000 to $315,000, with actual compensation based on skills, training, experience, and location. The total compensation and benefits package includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.

Three to six years of corporate law experience
Particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters
Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents
Excellent writing skills and superior academics
Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
