Leading national corporate team is hiring an associate with 3–6 years' transactional experience to support M&A and related corporate matters across multiple U.S. offices. The role will involve leading due diligence teams, coordinating specialists, and drafting transaction documents for public and private company and private equity clients.

3–6 years of corporate/M&A experience at a law firm or comparable environment
Proven experience leading due diligence teams and managing external/internal specialists
Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents (purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, ancillary documents)
Excellent writing, organization, and the ability to manage multiple matters with limited supervision
Strong academic record and demonstrated client-service orientation
