Leading US law firm is seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates to join a busy startup and venture capital practice. The role focuses on representation of emerging growth companies and venture investors across the technology and life sciences sectors.

Positions are open in multiple West Coast and select U.S. offices; candidates should have experience in transactional corporate work (financings, investments, and related corporate matters). Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex, fast-moving matters are required.

Minimum 3 years post-qualification corporate law experience, with a focus on startups, venture capital, or emerging companies
Experience or strong interest in technology and/or life sciences clients; M&A and capital markets experience a plus
Superior academic record and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Barred or eligible to sit/waive into the jurisdiction of hire; prior law firm experience preferred
