Corporate Associate — Venture Capital & Emerging Growth, Silicon Valley

Silicon Valley office of a leading international law firm seeks a Corporate Associate with experience in venture capital and emerging-growth transactions. The role offers substantial client interaction and responsibility on local and national deal teams.

Ideal candidates will have a strong transactional background advising both company and investor sides on venture capital and growth equity financings, plus experience counseling private companies. The team values attorneys who take ownership of matters and collaborate across offices.

• 3–6 years of U.S. law firm experience (large or sophisticated mid-size firm)
• Significant experience on both company-side and investor-side venture capital and growth equity financings
• Experience counseling private/company-side matters for start‑ups and growth companies
• Proven ability to manage transactions, work collaboratively on deal teams, and lead client-facing work streams
