• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in Delaware (other state admissions a plus)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial litigation
• Experience handling complex civil disputes, with strong drafting, motion practice and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on multi-jurisdictional matters and a willingness to travel as needed
