A leading global law firm is seeking highly qualified finance associates with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its Finance group in one of several major U.S. markets, including New York, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Boston and Chicago.

The Debt Finance Practice advises leading private credit and private equity funds, public and private companies, and financial institutions on accessing and deploying capital and restructuring debt across borders, industries and asset classes. The team is frequently at the center of precedent-setting, bespoke financings across the full spectrum of capital structures.

On the private credit side, the group structures a wide range of forward-thinking and novel credit investments, including direct lending to sponsors in connection with acquisitions, financing solutions for stressed and distressed companies, and growth capital for emerging technology companies. On the private equity side, the team leads large-cap and middle-market debt finance matters, including major leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border acquisitions, senior secured debt, high yield, bridge financings and asset-based facilities.
