Corporate Finance Associate

A major law firm is seeking associates to join its Corporate Finance Department. The position is open across multiple US offices and offers exposure to sophisticated financing transactions for a diverse client base.

The role focuses on two core areas: leveraged finance with a borrower-side emphasis, and fund finance. Associates will work closely with partners and clients on complex financing matters, drafting and negotiating loan documentation, conducting due diligence, and managing deal execution from start to finish.

• Associates from the Classes of 2018 through 2023
• Experience in leveraged finance, with a focus on borrower-side representation
