Seeking an associate to join a busy corporate finance team in the Palo Alto office. The role focuses on borrower/issuer-side representation on debt capital markets and commercial finance matters, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending, leveraged buyouts, and offerings of convertible, high-yield and investment-grade notes.

The team values collaborative, team-oriented lawyers who can manage deal execution across product types and work closely with corporate and capital-markets colleagues. The group offers a fast-paced practice with opportunities for substantive deal responsibility.

3–5 years post-qualification experience in debt capital markets, commercial finance or related lending transactions
Demonstrable borrower/issuer-side experience with credit facilities, venture lending, syndicated loans, and debt offerings
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on financing documents and securities-related instruments
Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
