Corporate M&A Associate — Baltimore

We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a busy M&A team in Baltimore. The role focuses on executing acquisition transactions for private and public companies, with heavy emphasis on drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and supporting deal execution from diligence through closing.

The team advises clients across industries, with a preference for candidates who have transactional experience in the pharmaceutical sector. The position offers a hybrid working pattern with a regular in-office presence and opportunities for client-facing work and high-level negotiation support.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in Maryland.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification M&A transactional experience at a large law firm; experience with both private and public-company deals.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly for principal acquisition agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, legal research, and organizational skills; ability to manage a high volume of matters and shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with deal teams and with clients; strong academic credentials.
