Leading international M&A team in London seeks a junior-to-mid level Corporate M&A Associate to join its UK practice. The role focuses on complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions across a range of sectors, working on high-profile, market-leading deals.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, training-focused team that offers formal and on-the-job development, mentoring and a hybrid working model. This is a permanent role based in London with exposure to sophisticated clients and multi-jurisdictional deal work.

2-4 years' UK post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/M&A
Proven experience on complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions and managing deals from inception to completion
Background at a top-tier or international law firm with strong technical skills and excellent academic credentials
Commercial mindset, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and excellent client-service skills
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers or trainees; able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
