An international law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A lawyer to join its Amsterdam team, advising on complex, high-value transactions across sectors. The role involves drafting and negotiating key documents, leading due diligence, coordinating cross-border deal teams, and working directly with clients and their advisers.

You will collaborate closely with specialists in finance, capital markets, competition, and tax to deliver seamless, forward-looking solutions. The firm offers early responsibility, direct client exposure, and tailored learning through its academy and mentoring programs.

The Amsterdam corporate M&A team advises leading companies, financial institutions, and private equity firms on strategic and high-profile transactions, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments, and governance matters.

At least 5–7 years of Corporate M&A experience, ideally at a leading firm
Dutch qualified with a strong academic record
Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent drafting and communication skills
Sharp analytical mind with strong commercial instinct
Natural collaborator who enjoys teamwork and takes initiative
Able to simplify complex issues and provide clear, confident advice
Driven, curious, and eager to help clients see further, faster
