Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate — Los Angeles

Established US office seeking associate attorneys to join a busy Corporate M&A and Private Equity practice. The role will work on high-value transactional matters across buyouts, M&A and related commercial arrangements, collaborating with deal teams across offices.

Ideal candidates will be involved in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, supporting due diligence, and contributing to all phases of deal execution. The team offers structured mentorship and exposure to sophisticated private equity and strategic transactions.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active California bar admission (or eligibility).
• Prior experience on M&A and/or private equity transactions; strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills.
• Excellent academic credentials, commercial judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
