Corporate Associate – M&A/Private Equity – Denver

We are seeking corporate associates to join our M&A and Private Equity teams in Denver. Associates in this role will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions, as well as general corporate matters.

The position involves significant direct client contact and substantial responsibility for drafting transaction documents and managing deals. Candidates must have substantial experience handling M&A transactions, a strong understanding of corporate law and market terms, and demonstrated ability to manage deal processes effectively.
