The successful candidate will lead client engagements, drive business development in the region, and mentor associates while contributing to practice growth and strategy. This is an opportunity to shape a busy, market-facing corporate practice in Dallas.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience leading M&A and other complex corporate transactions
• Proven business development record and established client relationships
• Eligible to practice in Texas or able to domicile/qualify locally
