Leading national law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner with deep experience in government contracts and the defense sector. The role will focus on advising defense contractors and related suppliers on corporate matters tied to federal procurement, compliance, and transactional work.
This is a multi-office U.S. opportunity offering a platform to grow a government-contracts practice within an established corporate team. The successful candidate will work on cross-office, multidisciplinary matters and help develop client relationships across the defense ecosystem.
- Significant transactional and advisory experience in government contracts and defense-sector engagements
- Proven ability to lead complex corporate deals, joint ventures, subcontracting and teaming arrangements
- Strong client development skills and track record of growing relationships in the defense or government-contractor market
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to work across U.S. offices
If the fit is not obvious on paper, it is still worth a conversation — the specification tends to follow the practice.
