An established and growing Real Estate practice is seeking a mid-level Corporate Real Estate Associate to join its London team. The group is composed of corporate lawyers with deep real estate experience, offering integrated access to broader global capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners on a wide spectrum of high-value and sophisticated transactions, gaining significant client exposure and contributing to headline deals. The role involves supporting global clients at the intersection of corporate and real estate law.

Key responsibilities include corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments; acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and real estate-holding structures; capital solutions and complex M&A transactions with real estate components; cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions; and coordinating with other practices to deliver integrated solutions.

3–4 years post-qualification experience
Strong transactional experience in real estate or a related discipline
Experience gained at a top international law firm
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple practice groups
