Corporate Securities Regulation & Governance Associate — Los Angeles

We are seeking a corporate associate to join a market-leading securities regulation and corporate governance practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on advising public companies on the full range of governance matters, including governance standards and the governance dimensions of initial public offerings.

The successful candidate will also counsel clients on securities regulation matters, with a particular emphasis on Exchange Act disclosure requirements. This is a substantive, client-facing position within a collaborative team that handles complex, high-profile corporate work.

• Law school class years 2020 to 2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including governance standards and governance matters in initial public offerings
• Experience advising on securities regulation matters, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated strong writing and research skills
