Senior Associate — Corporate (US offices)

Experienced corporate associate opportunity with a full-service international firm seeking talented transactional lawyers to join its US corporate practice. The role involves working across mergers & acquisitions, general transactional matters and corporate governance matters for a range of corporate clients.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices and will offer collaboration with cross-office teams on complex deals and day-to-day corporate work. Candidates should expect significant client-facing drafting, negotiation and deal-management responsibility.

• 4-5 years post-JD transactional corporate experience (PQE)
• Demonstrable M&A and commercial transaction drafting and negotiation experience
• Experience advising on corporate governance and board-level matters
• Strong academic record and bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
