A leading global law firm is seeking a first-rate Corporate Senior Associate to join its Corporate & Finance practice group in Dubai. The team advises on the full spectrum of corporate/M&A work, with broad experience across public and private M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings and complex commercial arrangements, spanning both domestic and cross-border transactions. Clients cover all industry sectors.

This is a collaborative, genuinely international platform offering excellent training and development, a superb working environment, and a competitive salary and benefits package. Standard hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as required.

Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills
Regional experience gained at a top-tier firm in this space is preferred
Outstanding technical skills and a sound working knowledge of corporate/M&A legal principles
Proven ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team
Strong project management and organisational skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
Commercial awareness and a client-focused, resilient approach under pressure
