Counsel, Labour & Employment — Rome

A leading tax and legal advisory firm seeks an experienced labour lawyer to join its Rome office, working within a team that advises clients nationally and internationally.

The role covers the full spectrum of employment work for national and multinational companies, including day-to-day and complex advisory matters, contracts and legal opinions, and labour litigation.

This is a hands-on position within a structured, collaborative practice, offering exposure to cross-border employment issues and a diverse client base. The firm is committed to an inclusive environment and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.

• At least 5–7 years' labour and employment experience gained in structured professional firms
• Law degree obtained with strong academic results
• Fluent English; a third language is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience across advisory, contracts and labour litigation
