Apply in confidence →Midlevel litigation attorney sought for a national cyber/data/privacy practice with multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on litigating and defending regulatory enforcement matters and data-security class actions, and will work on cross‑office teams supporting both government investigations and civil defense.
Successful candidates will lead significant projects, engage directly with clients, and work alongside a large, multidisciplinary privacy and security team. The group handles matters across industries and collaborates with colleagues in other jurisdictions.
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or regulatory enforcement focused on privacy, data security, or consumer protection
- Experience defending data-privacy and security class actions and/or handling investigations by State AGs, the FTC, or similar regulators
- Strong legal research, drafting, and oral-advocacy skills; ability to manage significant workstreams and interact directly with clients
- Comfort with technology-related issues and cross-disciplinary matters; excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
