A growing cyber/data/privacy litigation team is seeking a midlevel associate (4–6 years) to join its US litigation and regulatory investigations practice. Successful candidates will be able to manage significant projects, engage directly with clients, and contribute to a busy litigation docket.

  • 4–6 years of litigation or regulatory investigations experience handling privacy, data-security, or consumer-protection matters
  • Experience defending data-privacy and security class actions and/or responding to State AG, FTC, or similar investigations
  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrable legal writing and analytical skills
  • Comfort with client interaction, project leadership, and general technology fluency
