Apply in confidence →Join a national cyber, data privacy and investigations practice seeking a mid‑level litigation associate. The role supports regulatory enforcement matters and defense-side litigation arising from data breaches, alleged wiretapping/communications claims, consumer protection and other privacy-related class actions.
The team operates across multiple U.S. offices (New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Washington, D.C.) as part of a broader international privacy and data-security group. You will work on regulatory investigations (State AGs, FTC and other agencies), contested litigation and internal or government-facing inquiries.
The group values client-facing ability, strong project leadership, technical fluency, and excellent analytical and drafting skills. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid/multi‑office collaboration.
- 4–6 years post-qualification experience in privacy/data‑security litigation or regulatory investigations
- Experience defending data-privacy class actions and/or handling regulatory enforcement (State AG, FTC, other agencies)
- Proven drafting and analytical skills and the ability to lead significant projects
- Comfort engaging directly with clients and demonstrated technical fluency
