The role offers substantial hands-on litigation experience across biometric, website/analytics, tracking, AI and data-breach matters, with regular client interaction and opportunities for professional development on cutting-edge privacy issues.

2–5 years law firm litigation experience, ideally defending employers or technology companies
Familiarity with privacy statutes such as BIPA and CIPA and other state/federal privacy laws
Experience with data-breach litigation, session-replay/wiretapping, pixel-tracking, right-of-publicity and related privacy claims
Strong written and oral advocacy, legal research and analytical skills; excellent academic credentials
Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment and work directly with clients
