We are seeking an attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join a leading Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team, advising on the full range of privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters within corporate and technology transactions. The role involves supporting mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other commercial and strategic transactions.

You will work as part of an industry-leading team serving private and public companies of all sizes across a variety of sectors, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech.

4–7 years of relevant legal experience
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology transactions, or other transactional work
Experience with technology industries, regulatory policy, and enforcement is desirable
CIPP certification is a plus
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with superior academic credentials
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
