Debt Finance Associate — Boston

Leading finance practice in Boston seeks a Debt Finance Associate to join a busy team handling complex financing matters. You will work on a range of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated financings, acquisition financings, loan workouts and restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings.

Ideal candidates have leveraged finance experience and are comfortable structuring, documenting and negotiating deals for both borrowers and lenders. The role offers exposure to high-value matters and collaboration with senior deal teams.

• 3–6 years' experience in debt finance or leveraged finance
• Proven experience structuring, documenting and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions
• Experience with acquisition financings, workouts/restructurings and DIP financings preferred
• Strong drafting, commercial judgment and teamwork skills
