Debt Finance Attorney, 1-3 Years — New York

Growing debt finance team in New York seeks a 1–3 year associate to work on lender, borrower and sponsor-side financings. The role offers regular exposure to secured lending, acquisition financing and other corporate debt matters within a busy transactional practice.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative team handling deal execution and documentation, with opportunities to develop skills in closing transactions and drafting key financing documents. The team offers standard employee benefits and formal onboarding for new hires.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and bar admission as required
• 1–3 years' transactional experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
• Working knowledge of secured lending and UCC Article 9; experience with closing processes and drafting transactional documents
• Familiarity with acquisition financing, commitment letters, and debt securities (high-yield/convertible) preferred
• Strong academic credentials, prior training at a large law firm, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
