We are seeking junior associates to join an active Debt Finance practice in our Palo Alto office. The team represents lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors across a broad range of debt financing transactions.

The role offers hands-on exposure to secured lending transactions, deal closings, and the drafting of loan documentation and issues lists. Associates work across multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

1–3 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
Experience with closing transactions and drafting related documents and issues lists
Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), and/or debt securities offerings preferred
JD or equivalent with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Large law firm training and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
