Mid-level associate role in a national debt finance practice based in New York. The team advises on secured and acquisition financings, leveraged and sponsor-backed transactions, and related corporate financing matters.

Successful candidates will work on deal execution and documentation, participate in closings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on lender and borrower-side matters. The group values strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

JD (or equivalent) and 1–3 years' transactional experience in debt financings.
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on secured lending and leveraged transactions.
Track record of closing transactions and drafting financing documents and issues lists.
Familiarity with Article 9 UCC, acquisition financing/commitment letters, debt securities (e.g., high-yield/convertible notes) and general corporate law preferred.
Strong academic credentials, prior large-firm training, and excellent attention to detail.
