We are seeking junior associates to join a dynamic Debt Finance practice, with opportunities available across multiple offices. The team represents lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors in a wide range of debt financing transactions.

The role offers hands-on involvement in secured lending transactions, closing processes, and document drafting, giving associates significant responsibility early in their careers. Successful candidates will work on diverse, fast-moving matters alongside experienced practitioners in a highly collaborative environment.

Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, prior training at a large law firm, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detail.

1–3 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
Experience closing transactions and familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists
Preferred: knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing, debt securities offerings (high yield and/or convertible notes), and general corporate law
JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school with demonstrated high academic achievement
Training and development experience at a large law firm
Proven ability to handle multiple diverse projects and strong attention to detail
