Senior associate-level role within a national debt finance practice based in San Francisco. The team handles leveraged and secured lending, acquisition financings and related debt securities matters for a range of lenders, borrowers and sponsors.

JD (or equivalent) and 1–3 years post-qualification experience in debt finance transactions representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
Practical experience with secured lending, closing processes, and drafting transactional documents
Familiarity with Article 9 UCC, acquisition financing/commitment letters, and debt securities (including high-yield and convertible notes) preferred
Strong academic record, prior training at a large law firm, ability to manage multiple matters, and strong attention to detail
