Established national US practice seeks a 1st–3rd year debt finance attorney to join its lending team. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private‑equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters across the United States; opportunities are available across multiple offices.

Typical matters include secured lending and acquisition financing, with responsibility for closing transactions, preparing draft documents and issues lists, and applying Article 9 UCC principles. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, training at a large law firm, and the ability to manage multiple matters and produce work with excellent attention to detail.

JD (or equivalent) and 1–3 years' post-qualification experience in debt finance or lending transactions
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private‑equity sponsors
Working knowledge of secured lending and Article 9; experience closing transactions and drafting documents
Strong academic record and prior training at a large law firm; excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple matters
