Top-tier US law firm has opportunities in its Debt Finance practice across multiple U.S. offices for attorneys with early-career experience. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters, with regular participation in transaction execution and document drafting.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on exposure to secured lending and leveraged financing transactions, experience closing deals, and familiarity with issues lists and financing documents. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and an expected annual pay range of $225,000–$260,000 (final offer dependent on geography and experience).

1–3 years' post-JD transactional experience in debt finance or leveraged finance
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on debt financings
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions and Article 9 UCC concepts; familiarity with acquisition financing and debt securities is a plus
Demonstrated experience closing transactions and drafting financing documents and issues lists
JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school and strong academic record; prior training at a large law firm preferred
Ability to manage multiple matters, strong attention to detail, and excellent drafting skills
