An established Debt Finance practice is seeking a junior associate to join its lending and leveraged finance team. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors across a range of debt financing transactions.

The position offers exposure to secured lending, acquisition financing, and debt securities work within a collaborative, multi-office platform. Candidates will work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously and contribute to transaction closings, drafting, and issue-spotting.

1–3 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
Experience closing transactions and drafting documents and issues lists
Preferred: familiarity with UCC Article 9, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), debt securities offerings (high yield and/or convertible notes), and general corporate law
JD or equivalent with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Training and development experience at a large law firm
Ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
