Derivatives Partner — Finance & Banking

Established international law firm seeks a partner to join its derivatives practice in the United States. The role focuses on advising financial institutions and corporate clients on complex OTC derivatives, structured products and related documentation across multiple asset classes.

The successful candidate will join a market-leading team, work on cross-border matters, and play a key role in expanding client relationships and originating new mandates.

• Proven partner-level experience in derivatives and structured products
• Deep knowledge of ISDA documentation, cleared and uncleared derivatives, and relevant regulatory regimes
• Strong client originations and relationship-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams on cross-border, high-value matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
