The position combines counseling, transactional, and litigation work across government pricing (Medicaid, 340B, Medicare), contracting, and enforcement matters.
The associate will draft and negotiate pricing and distribution agreements, review government‑pricing procedures and calculations, support product divestitures and rebate allocations, and assist with False Claims Act and administrative disputes. The role offers exposure to cross‑practice matters and opportunities to develop into a long‑term leadership role within the group.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 3–5 years of law firm or in‑house experience focused on pharmaceutical drug pricing, government pricing, or healthcare regulatory matters
- Familiarity with Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B Drug Pricing Program, Medicare reimbursement, and related regulatory frameworks
- Experience with pharmaceutical contracting (PBMs, wholesalers, managed care) and with litigation or dispute resolution related to drug pricing or False Claims Act matters
- Strong research, writing, analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment
