Fast-paced opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery attorney to join a national litigation team in the firm's Miami office. The role supports case teams across offices, providing hands-on eDiscovery advice and managing document review, productions, and related workflows.

The attorney will advise on discovery scoping, preservation and collection strategy, oversee review platforms and document productions, and assist with fact development. This is a practitioner-focused role that requires immediate contribution to active matters.

• 5+ years of experience in traditional eDiscovery, document review management, and fact development
• Admitted to the Florida bar or eligible for admission and in good standing
• Practical experience with preservation, collection, discovery scoping, and productions
• Familiarity with review platforms and strong project-management skills
