Senior eDiscovery attorney role supporting litigation teams from the Miami office and collaborating with colleagues across the firm s national offices. The position sits on a dedicated eDiscovery team and will provide hands-on legal and technical support for complex discovery matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on eDiscovery best practices, scoping discovery, preservation and collection issues, and managing document review workflows and productions. The role requires frequent interaction with case teams to develop discovery strategies and ensure defensible processes.

The team seeks a practical, experienced attorney who can jump into active matters immediately and help drive efficient discovery outcomes.

5+ years of traditional eDiscovery experience, including document review management and fact development
Proven ability to scope discovery, advise on preservation/collection, and manage review and production processes
Strong technical familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and review workflows
Admitted or eligible to be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing
