We are seeking lawyers to join a growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice in Lisbon. Multiple openings are available, including senior and junior positions, offering the chance to work with emerging and high-growth companies as well as founders and investors.

The role covers the full lifecycle of venture and growth work, including investment rounds, exits, stock option plans, international expansion and other transactional matters. The firm has an international outlook and offers a professional career path within a growing team.

Law degree.
At least 3 years of post-qualified experience for the junior position and 7 years of post-qualified experience for the senior positions, in a Corporate or transactional practice (e.g. private equity, real estate, finance).
Specific experience in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital is valued, including advising founders and investors on investment rounds, exits, stock option plans and international expansion.
Fluency in Portuguese and English, and comfort using artificial intelligence tools.
Knowledge of Spanish is valued.
