Employee Benefits Associate — Dallas

Leading national law firm seeks an associate to join a busy Employee Benefits / ERISA practice in the Dallas office. The role offers hands‑on work across qualified plans, multiemployer pensions, health and welfare plans and ACA compliance within a collaborative practice group.

Ideal candidates will have transactional and advisory experience, including ERISA aspects of M&A or restructuring matters. Related experience in tax, labor/benefits advising, consulting or accounting is also considered. The group provides strong mentorship and opportunities to develop subject‑matter expertise in employee benefits law.

• 1–4 years of post‑qualification experience focused on ERISA and employee benefits law
• Experience with qualified retirement plans, multiemployer pension plans, health & welfare plans and ACA compliance
• Transactional experience preferred — ERISA work on M&A or restructuring matters
• Relevant experience in tax, labor/benefits advising, consulting or accounting is a plus; executive compensation experience helpful
