Employment & Labor Associate — Boston

Established national law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year associate to join its busy Employment & Labor group in the Boston office. The role focuses on employment counseling across statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment-related aspects of M&A transactions.

The team advises sophisticated corporate clients and works collaboratively across practices. Some employment litigation experience is a plus. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and supportive leave policies.

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in employment & labor law
• Experience with statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment/separation agreements, and employment issues in M&A
• Some litigation experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
